Refurbished products are in good working condition. All these products contain the necessary accessories for the operation that the new product contains.
They can be products that have been assembled and disassembled, without any use; products with some small bump or scratch...
You have up to 14 calendar days to return an item. Refurbished products are subject to the same general return conditions as new products.
In the event that the product arrives hit by transport, we will replace the damaged part with a new one.
For now, refurbished products can only be purchased online, through our store.
Reconditioned products, both furniture and basket, have the same guarantee as the new products. That is, 3-year warranty .
We carry out quality controls on the products before selling them and only the best end up on the market again. We also check the packaging of our product to see if it is damaged and replace it with a new one.
